Exchanges will be shipped out within 7 business days of the receipt of the return.Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 business days after we process the return for the credit to reflect on your account.Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days once received.You will receive an email with the RMA number and the address to ship the item(s) to.Gather the items you want to return, along with the original contents, packaging and proof of purchase.
If it is past this time frame, we suggest you contact the manufacturer. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the 30-day time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.
